Services
ANT Consulting provides software consulting services including web design, web and mobile application development, and AI automation solutions. Specific deliverables and timelines are defined in individual project agreements.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their project. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and libraries remain the property of their respective owners.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose project details to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
